185 students from 48 vocational high schools in the country take part in the competition, which takes place in the Golden Sands resort. A jury of the best professionals will evaluate their knowledge and skills in the categories “Best Young Hotelier”, “Best Young Entertainer”, “Best Young Chef”, “Best Young Waiter”, “Best -good young bartender” and “Best young baker-confectioner”.
The purpose of the national competition is to provide an opportunity for the students participating in the tournaments to demonstrate the acquired practical knowledge and competences in various fields in the field of tourism. The large-scale event also aims to establish a direct link between education and employers in Bulgaria.
