| The National Insurance Institute has started paying the Easter supplements accepted by the National Assembly in the amount of BGN 100. From today, money is available both for transfers to the accounts of pensioners who receive their money via bank transfer, and transfers to post offices – for pensioners who receive their pension payments in this way. This was announced by the NOI. The Parliament decided that the lump sum for the Easter supplement should be paid to pensioners whose pension or the sum of pensions, together with supplements and compensations for the month of April 2024, is up to BGN 526 inclusive, which means that the right to about 534 thousand people have this supplement. May pensions will be paid, according to legislation, according to the standard schedule between May 7 and 20. Payment of pensions through post offices will start on May 7 (Tuesday) and end on May 20 (Monday). The transfers of the amounts for the May pensions to the accounts of the pensioners who receive their money via bank transfer will be made on May 7, 2024. Cash benefits for pregnancy and childbirth and raising a child for the current month will be paid before the holidays – on April 30 . |
