A fire broke out in the engine compartment of a cargo ship sailing from Egypt to Bulgaria through the Dardanelles Strait. The 14-member crew of the vessel was evacuated. One of the sailors is in a serious condition and was taken to the hospital in Canakkale, reports the Turkish television station NTV. “The fire broke out in the Akbash area of ​​the 107-meter dry cargo ship sailing under the flag of Barbados, which was headed to the port of Varna.
