NOI begins the payment of Easter supplements for pensioners

The National Insurance Institute will start paying out the Easter supplements accepted by the National Assembly in the amount of BGN 100. Parliament decided that the supplement would cover pensioners with the amount of pension up to the poverty line, i.e. up to BGN 526 inclusive, which means that about 534 thousand people will receive it.

Almost one in four pensioners in the Montana region will receive an Easter supplement.

In the Montana region, 10,998 out of all 40,545 pensioners will receive a supplement, announced the Territorial Division of the National Social Security Institute in Montana.

More than 4,300 of them will get their money from post offices, and the rest will receive it via bank transfer.

May pensions will be paid, according to legislation, according to the standard schedule between May 7 and 20.
