The EC started a criminal procedure against Bulgaria, because of GERB, DPS, “Vazrazhdane” and BSP. This became clear from the words of PP-DB deputy Vasil Pandov to the media in the parliament.
What is the reason?
“As there is a saying – ‘the light bulb has a tail’. If you remember September and early October, we voted for changes to the Public Procurement Act. Then we very clearly stated from the rostrum that the Act was in violation of European legislation, that private hospitals should conduct public procurement,” commented Pandov. Who is to blame?
The deputy from PP-DB drew attention to the fact that, even though this text, as a proposal, was accepted in a committee in two readings, if at the second reading in the plenary hall with the votes of GERB, DPS, “Vazrazhdane” and BSP – this text was not was accepted.
