19 choir formations perform concerts in Varna

It starts at 6:00 p.m. today at the “Boris Georgiev”

18 choral formations from Varna and one visiting choir from Balchik will perform concerts in the maritime capital. Participating in the VIII National Initiative “Bulgaria Sings” of the Bulgarian Choral Union, the Municipality of Varna organizes on April 26, 27 and 28 a series of concerts in the City Art Gallery “Boris Georgiev”.

At 6:00 p.m. today, the beginning will be performed by the “Hristo Manolov” Sailors’ Male Choir at the SOSZR – Varna, with the conductor DZ Cap. II rank Dimitar Dimitrov. Even today, Varna residents will hear the performances of the Chamber Choir “Inspiration” with conductor Ivo Bonev, the Choir of the Varna Teachers “Ars Music” with conductor Veselin Marinova, the Children’s Folklore Studio “Neranza” at the Elin Pelin – 1977 Primary School with conductor Kichka Hristova, Folklorna group “Thrace” under the Thracian Society “Captain Petko Voivoda” with conductor Kichka Hristova.

On April 27, Saturday, at 11:30 a.m., the compositions of the “Native Balkans” Chamber Choir of the “Native Balkans” Tourism Society with artistic director Sevdalina Hristova, the “Raduga – Rainbow” Choir of the Thracian Society “Captain Petko Voivoda” with conductor Darina Hristova, Mixed Choir “Kamchiska lilia” at the Thracian Society “Captain Petko Voivoda” with conductor Darina Hristova.

The concert program continues from 6:30 p.m. with the performances of the Children’s Choir “Dobri Hristov” at CPLR- ODK Varna, Children’s Ensemble and Concert Ensemble with conductor Galina Stanisheva, Vocal Formation “Choral” at the Cathedral Church “Holy Assumption” with conductor Veselin Simeonova, “Velichka Trusheva” Folkloric Formation at “Otets Paisiy” Primary School with conductor Dobrinka Koleva.

The concerts of the National Initiative “Bulgaria Sings” will end on April 28 (Sunday) at 11:30 a.m. Children’s group “Angels” at the Orthodox Church “St. Athanasius” with conductor Evgenia Grigorova, Chamber Choir “Sea Breeze” at the People’s Community Center “Filip Kutev – 2007” with conductor Iliya Ivanov, Choir “Tsvetnitsa” at the Primary School will take part. “Asen Zlatarov – 1926” with conductor Atanas Iliev.

From 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, the Youth Male Choir at the Choir School “Prof. Marin Chonev” with conductor Darina Krosneva, Girls’ and Women’s Choir at the Choir School “Prof. Marin Chonev” with conductor Salzitsa Nikolova, Mixed Choir “Black Sea Sounds”, town of Balchik, with conductor Valentina Georgieva.
