Bilyana Yakova with a comment on the topic of integrated urban transport and validators

The head of the “Integrated Urban Transport”-Varna project, Eng. Bilyana Yakova, sent a letter to the editorial staff of Radio Varna in connection with publications in the media in which a press conference of the Mayor of the Municipality of Varna Blagomir Kotsev and his team from April 18, 2024 was reflected.

According to engineer Yakova, only one point of view is reflected in the journalistic materials – that of the mayor and his deputies. In the letter, she commented on the statements of the participants in the press conference published in the media on April 18 and 19, 2024.

Yakova adds that she has received nine complaints to the Prosecutor’s Office, the European Prosecutor’s Office, DANS and KPCONPI for violations, abuses, influence peddling and other irregularities related to the mayor of the Municipality of Varna, two of his deputy mayors and the deputy from PP/DB – Stella Nikolova.
