Drama-puppet theater-Vratsa presents the premiere of “Aladdin” based on tales from “One Thousand and One Nights”. The latest title in the theater’s repertoire is Aladdin, based on the tales of One Thousand and One Nights by director Leonard Capon. The modern version of the classic tale of Aladdin takes us to a mysterious oasis in the heart of the desert, where every adventure is possible and magic is real. Young Aladdin accidentally discovers a magic lamp that frees the spirit from it and begins his incredible journey, in which he will discover what is more interesting – the fulfilled or the unfulfilled dream. Director Leo Capon’s new reading of Aladdin offers witty dialogue, funny scenes and unexpected twists, revealing the importance of the words loyalty and friendship. The scenography and puppets are the work of Virginia Petkova. With the new production, two young talented actresses – Melis Skenderova and Veronika Yordanova Todorova, will make their debut at the Vrachan Theater. The premiere of the children’s show “Aladdin” will be on April 29 and 30. On April 29, it will be broadcast at 3 and 4 p.m.
