The aim of the project is the improvement of the space through the completion of alleys, sidewalks, parking lots, the accompanying drainage, public lighting and landscaping to achieve a healthy, safe and aesthetic environment. It is planned to create equal conditions for the development of disadvantaged persons by introducing measures for a generally accessible environment. The project solution is adapted to the existing tree vegetation. A phytosanitary expertise was prepared with recommended measures for maintenance or, if necessary, partial removal of the tree vegetation. It is planned to increase green areas, plant new trees and/or bushes with plant species that are not potentially dangerous to health. Plant species were surveyed, especially at the playgrounds. Replacement of the existing pavements is planned. A children’s playground and an open-air gym will be built.
Park furniture (benches, waste bins) is provided for the landscaping area. Spaces for MSW containers as well as waste recycling containers with appropriate cover are provided for each of the blocks. It is planned to supplement the street lighting with lighting fixtures on poles with a height of 6 meters, to move the lighting poles falling in inappropriate places and to replace all the lighting fixtures on the existing poles with new LED lights. In addition, it is requested that lighting around the children’s playground, the fitness area, the fountain and the tennis table be provided in the project.
