Pre-trial proceedings for the use of a false official document were initiated in the ODMVR-Kardzhali by decree of the District Prosecutor’s Office. A resident of the district presented to the Territorial Division of the National Insurance Institute a sample with entered incorrect data for 8 years of acquired social security experience, and the user cannot be held criminally liable for the mere preparation of the document. The investigation is under Article 316 in connection with Article 308, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code for knowingly using a document with false content. It is carried out by the Counter-Economic Crime Unit and an investigating police officer.
An investigation into a violation of a domestic violence protection order has been launched in RU-Kardzhali. A 38-year-old man approached his ex-wife less than 50 meters away, violating a court order issued in her favor. Sector “Security Police” continues the work to clarify the case.
Pre-trial proceedings for damage and destruction of other people’s property have been initiated in RU-Kardjali. Yesterday, a report was filed that on April 24 vs. April 25, a monument in the City Garden in Kardzhali was covered with red paint – a stone plaque placed on the occasion of Bulgaria’s accession to the European Union. A duty operation group from RU-Kardzhali has carried out an inspection. The perpetrator of the act is being sought.
