Radoslav Milev: The procedure for financial rehabilitation of the Municipality of Kardzhali is not a precedent

According to municipal councilor Radoslav Milev from Democratic Bulgaria, the fact that we are entering financial recovery in no way improves the financial situation of the municipality:

“The procedure for the financial recovery of the municipality is not a precedent, it is happening for the third or fourth time in a row. It is imposed by the Ministry of Finance, as there are indicators that are monitored and when any of the indicators fall within certain limits, the municipality must automatically entered this financial recovery mode… At some point the indicators improve and we come out of this financial recovery. But in any case, entering and leaving this procedure does not improve the financial situation of the municipality in any way. On the contrary.”

Milev also explained that there is no information about the real obligations of the municipality of Kardzhali to other individuals and legal entities and recalled that he repeatedly asked this question to the previous leadership of the municipal administration, but did not receive answers.
