Acting Minister of Justice Maria Pavlova announced a competition for 52 positions for notaries throughout the country, two of which are for the judicial district of the District Court – Yambol. The order was published today (April 26) in the State Gazette, which marks the beginning of the one-month deadline for submitting documents.
The procedure for the tenders was already started under Minister Krum Zarkov. With the order of the current minister of justice, only the date of the written exam is updated.
Applications according to the model are submitted within one month, starting today, April 26.
Candidates admitted to the competition will take a written exam on 25.08.2024 in the building of the Ministry of Justice in Sofia.
Candidates who have passed the written exam with a grade of no less than good (4) are admitted to the oral exam. The list and schedule of candidates admitted to the oral exam will be announced at least 5 (five) days before the start of the oral exam on the notice board in the building of the Ministry of Justice and will be published on the official website of the Ministry.
