By order of the Mayor of the Municipality of Pleven, Dr. Valentin Hristov, the regime of paid parking of road vehicles in the designated zones for hourly paid parking /Blue Zone/ on the territory of the city of Pleven is suspended on 02.05.2024. On the specified day /Thursday/ it will be possible to stop for free at the places in the “Blue Zone”.
The issued order is based on Art. 44, paragraph 2 in connection with Art. 44, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Law on Local Self-Government and Local Administration and Art. 31a of Ordinance No. 3 on public order when using road vehicles on the territory of the municipality of Pleven.
Parking must be done according to the requirements of the Road Traffic Act. Violators will be penalized, and the vehicles will be repatriated with a “spider” type car.
