They are building a parking lot on three levels and an emergency room in front of Puls Hospital, Blagoevgrad Municipality will have 50 parking spaces

The municipality of Blagoevgrad is solving a long-standing problem with parking in the area of ​​medical institutions. A parking lot and a new medical center with an Emergency Department will be built in front of Pulse Hospital. This became a fact after the municipal councilors agreed to the establishment of a remunerative indefinite right of construction for the construction of the two objects.

The proposal was made by Mayor Metodi Baikushev and is based on a request received from “Medicus 98 – Medical Center”, represented by Chavdar Andonov.

The future parking lot will consist of two independent sites on two successive underground levels, there will be a total of 98 parking spaces, as well as a ground level with 36 parking spaces. With the construction of the facility, a long-standing problem with the parking of vehicles by citizens visiting the hospitals in the area will be solved.

Improvements to the infrastructure are planned, which will allow for easier movement of specialized vehicles to the hospital’s emergency department. The area will be modernized, the quality and scope of medical care in the Blagoevgrad region will increase.

After the construction of the building, which will be at the expense of “Medicus 98 – Medical Center” EOOD, the Municipality of Blagoevgrad will acquire the right of ownership of an underground parking lot with about 50 parking spaces. The procedure for all this was started by the team of the previous mayor Ilko Stoyanov.
