Internet radio “My Bulgaria” in Argentina will broadcast a program dedicated to Lazarov’s Day and Palm Sunday

A program dedicated to Lazarus Day and Palm Sunday will be broadcast on the Internet radio “My Bulgaria” created in Argentina. Aksinia Ivanova – creator and editor-in-chief of the media and chairman of the Civic Association “Bulgarians in Argentina” announced this for the “BG World” section of BTA.

“In Bulgaria, at the end of this week, Lazarus Day and Palm Sunday are celebrated – one of the most beloved, colorful and cheerful Christian holidays in the spring. The upcoming broadcast of Internet radio “My Bulgaria” will be dedicated to them and we will talk about how our compatriots celebrate these bright days. Of course, there will also be music, a part of Bulgarian folklore, characteristic and associated with the customs performed during the two holidays preceding Easter”, shares Aksinia Ivanova and adds that the program will be broadcast within the framework of the Panorama program on 28 April 2024 (Sunday) from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM local time.

As BTA wrote, Internet radio “My Bulgaria” was created in 2016 and broadcasts online programs in Spanish, which are aimed at Bulgarians and descendants of Bulgarians living in Argentina. The activity of the media is related to the spread and popularization of Bulgarian culture. The shows have an educational focus and they deal with topics related to Bulgaria, Bulgarian folk art, customs, traditions, including lessons in the Bulgarian language.
