The movie “The naked truth about the Zhiguli group” filled the movie theaters in Ankara

The Bulgarian film “The naked truth about the Zhiguli group” directed by Victor Bozhinov was presented in Ankara within the framework of the Days of European Cinema 2024 in Turkey.

The tape was broadcast last night in the Kızılay Büyülü Fener cinema in the center of the Turkish capital, and the film aroused extremely strong interest among the people of Ankara, including among many viewers with Bulgarian citizenship.

The screening was attended by the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to Turkey Angel Cholakov, the Dean of the Faculty of Languages, History and Geography of Ankara University Prof. Dr. Levent Kayapanar, Prof. Dr. Husein Mevsim, the head of the Department of Slavic Languages ​​and Literature at the Faculty in languages, history and geography of the Ankara University, the chairman of the BISAV emigration society Yuksel Yozkale, students of Bulgarian studies.

The film was screened with Turkish subtitles and admission was free.

The screenings are realized with the assistance of the State Cultural Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bulgaria and the Department of Bulgarian Language and Literature at the Faculty of Languages, History and Geography of Ankara University.

The film was met with great enthusiasm by the audience in Ankara, with some viewers commenting that it was a wonderful end to the work week, BTA reported.

The tape “The naked truth about Zhiguli group” is about to be broadcast in nine more Turkish cities – Istanbul, Edirne, Antalya, Denizli, Eskişehir, Izmir, Samsun, Trabzon, Diyarbakır.

The screenwriters of the film are Vanya Nikolova and Neli Demireva. Actors Mihail Bilalov, Irini Zambonas, Philip Avramov, Lilia Maravilya, Dimitar Rachkov, Gerasim Georgiev-Gero, August Popov and Paraskeva Dzhukelova are in the roles.
