She shared on her Facebook profile that she was motivated by the result she got in the local elections and the letters she received from her supporters.

Grigorova did not specify whether and which party list she will be a part of.

“The turning point has come when working Bulgarians must protect their rights and interests. Stop being passive observers and only suffer the consequences of management decisions to their detriment, without taking their own destiny into their own hands. That’s why I decided to enter the battle for the early parliamentary elections.

At the local vote, I got a lot of confidence. It gives me confidence that everything I proposed in the campaign in Sofia is possible to happen at the national level. It is not only possible, it is mandatory if we want people not to look for a more peaceful and dignified life abroad, but to realize themselves in their homeland. I am additionally motivated by the thousands of letters, messages and calls from all over the country, with calls to unite with like-minded people, to propose policies and to do everything in our power for Bulgaria. Not Assembled or Disassembled, but united and independent in defending our national interests.

What has been happening in our country in recent years (and lately every day) angers me and pushes me to action. I hope you too! Our country resembles Italy from the late 1980s with one-day governments and political chaos in which only the interests of the mafia are unshakable. Facade democracy combined with a market dictatorship of the Latin American type. They euthanized parliamentarism, tore apart even the Constitution because of opportunistic interests and assemblies. All kinds of voices are heard in this bacchanalia, but not the voice of the true constitutional majority – the working people who, on top of that, pay the bill. A new build-up will once again leave them at the bottom of the managers’ priorities.

We must end the “mandate” of this “elite” immediately! It is time for social justice, for a fair distribution of what has been produced, so as to improve the life of every Bulgarian. And nothing else matters that much.

In the campaign for the local elections, I felt the power of the people, and in a few months in the Metropolitan City Council, it turned out that their voice can be heard. I extend my hand to the workers and their representatives – let’s carry this power together across the country! With hope for a Solidarity Bulgaria in which everyone is needed and no one is thrown overboard!

The fight for social justice is not a sprint, but a marathon. That’s what I do and will continue to do no matter what position I’m in,” she wrote.
