Football agents are trying to launch a former coach of CSKA for Nikolay Kostov’s place in Levski. This is Bruno Akrapovic, who was recently released by Bosnian Zeleznicar (Sarajevo).
The majority shareholder of the “blues”, Nasko Sirakov, announced that he will talk with Kostov about extending his contract for the next season as well. In the event of a failure in Saturday’s edition of the eternal derby against CSKA, the position of the 60-year-old specialist will be greatly shaken due to an increase in the gap to fourth place.

Akrapovic, 56, is believed to be ready to start work at Gerena and his agents are already probing the ground. As is known, the Bosnian worked at the head of CSKA in the 2020/21 season, when he led the team in 16 matches, in which he achieved 11 wins, two draws and three losses.
The former coach of Levski, Slavisha Stojanovic, is also looking for Nikolay Kostov’s place. He has two spells at Gerena. The first is in the 2018/19 season, and the second two years later. He has a total of 32 games in charge of the “blues” – 17 successes, six draws and nine defeats.
