Getting back into the top 10 is very good news for all of us as a team – TennisKafe

Grigor Dimitrov considered his return to the top 10 of the world rankings as one of the good news for him recently. Our first rocket spoke to Bulgarian media in Madrid after announcing its global partnership with Payhawk.

“Getting back into the top 10 is very good news for all of us as a team. And that’s something that each one of us looks to focus on completely and not think about how good the results are or not,” said the 32-year-old tennis player.

“I live the way I want, I play the way I want. I’m running my own race right now.”

Dimitrov shared that one of his strongest qualities is that he does not give up:

“I have always looked to go after my goals and fight to the end. This has been perhaps one of my strongest qualities over the years. There are times when you don’t play well, you don’t handle things well. But that’s something I’ve always told myself – to never give up until the end.”

“I like my job, I like how much effort I have to put in every single day. I’ve been playing solid tennis in recent months and when those things are at a good level, I have a chance against anyone.”

“I’m proud of the things I do, not only as a player, but also as a man. When you have experience behind you, it’s quite good,” shared the Bulgarian.
