The claims allege that Trump allegedly falsified business records to cover up a secret payment to porn star Stormy Daniels before the 2016 presidential election to buy her silence about their alleged former affair.
But it’s not Trump’s fault that he had an extramarital affair and paid his ex-lover to “keep secrets.” He is accused of allegedly misclassifying the payments as monthly legal fees on Trump’s company financial statements.
