We remind you that a 63-year-old man from Kardzhali died on January 4, after he had previously entered into an argument with a 52-year-old other driver. The prevention was in the area of ​​two hypermarkets in Kardzhali. After the fight, the older man felt ill, an emergency call was made, but the man died. A little more than two months later, the investigation was concluded with no charges brought. The 63-year-old died as a result of an illness. The forensic examination did not find any traumatic injuries that could have led to the fatal outcome.

“The crime was committed around 10 a.m. on January 4 in the space between Kaufland and Bila. There are three witnesses to the incident. Yussein Bayram was punched in the head. He returned to his home on Bistrica Street and called 112 at 10:40 a.m. It was established through an audio recording that Yusein stated that he had been punched on the head. Also says he is vomiting blood and choking. During the arrest, taxi driver Sivitin R. admitted that he slapped his opponent twice.

“Forensic examination has found no traces of scars on Yussain’s body, and we have photographs in which the right side of the temple is swollen and bruised. The lawyer explained to us that he died of natural causes and the scars were from the autopsy. Some of the witnesses were questioned, and despite the request, the recordings from the video cameras were not provided.
