CSKA dramatically defeated Arda with 3:2 in the closing match of the regular season. The meeting went through many twists and turns. The “Army” took the lead in the 12th minute with a goal by Jurgen Matei, but the Kardjalians quickly turned the tide of the match with goals by Borislav Tsonev and Stanislav Ivanov. In the 57th minute, Tobias Heinz equalized, and 8 later, Ulaus Skarshem brought the three points to Stamen Belchev’s team.

With the success, the “reds” collected 63 points and climbed to second place in the standings, one point more than the Black Sea. Arda remained 9th with 39 points. This victory of CSKA means that in the first round of the playoffs, a derby will be played against Levski at the Vasil Levski national stadium.

In the 21st minute, the people of Kardzhali reached a turning point. Arda made a touch, Ofor outran Matai and shot, Busato saved, but the ball fell into the path of Stanislav Ivanov, who made the score 2:1.

Eight minutes later, CSKA in turn achieved a turnaround. Seini Sanyang crosses from the left flank to the far post. He found Scarshem, who with a nice shot from close range did not leave Gospodinov a chance.

Until the end of the match, there were no dangers in front of the two doors and the “armies” congratulated themselves on the success.
