PSG defeated Lyon 4-1 in a match of the 30th round of Ligue 1 and took another step towards the title. Gonzalo Ramos scored two goals for the success of the Parisians, and Lucas Beraldo scored once. Nemanja Matic scored an own goal. Ernest Nuama was accurate for the “kids”, as all the goals came in the first half.
Kylian Mbappe did not take part in the match. The striker remained an unused reserve.
With the success, PSG collected 66 points and is the leader in the temporary standings. Lyon is eighth with 41 points.
The match started well for the hosts. Already in the 3rd minute, Bradley Barcola passed to Marco Asensio to the touchline. The Spaniard tried to cross and Nemanja Matic to clear the ball, but instead sent it into his own goal.
PSG got a second goal in the 6th minute. Barcola continued the ball to Lucas Beraldo after a cross from a corner, and the Brazilian defender scored to make it 2-0.
Parisians reached a third goal in the 32nd minute. Achraf Hakimi’s wonderful cross found Gonzalo Ramos in the penalty area. The Portuguese fired a shot into the far corner and made his team’s lead a classic.
Five minutes later, the visitors pulled one goal back. Ernest Nuama received in front of the penalty area, found a corridor to shoot and with a strong shot did not leave Donnarumma any chance for 3:1.
In the 42nd minute, PSG scored a fourth goal. The hosts made a great attack. Warren Zaire-Emery advanced with the ball and passed to Marco Asensio on the left. The Spaniard played a great pass to Gonzalo Ramos, who scored in the goal for 4:1.
In the second half, the visitors missed two excellent opportunities to reduce their deficit. First in the 63rd minute, Maxens Kakere failed to overcome Donnarumma. In the 76th minute, Gift Orban overcame two defenders and ended up facing the Italian guard, who, however, intervened brilliantly.
In the 83rd minute, Donnarumma excelled again with a save after a shot by Mama Balde.
