Rada Laikova from “Vazrazhdane” met with representatives of the Republican Party
Rada Laikova, nominated for MEP from Vazrazhdane, met with congressmen and advisers from the Republican Party in the USA. The meeting discussed ideas for mutual cooperation in terms of foreign policy, as well as the possibilities for common and coordinated actions between political organizations.
“I met with Congressman Paul Gosar and with national security advisers and legislative assistants to various congressmen on Trump’s team. We share common concerns about attempts to displace the Christian and moral foundations of modern society. We reached full agreement, regarding the emphasized importance of traditional family values, our skepticism of the EU’s attempts to become a federation and our common position against mandatory vaccinations for Covid 19. As cooperative initiatives, we agreed to keep channels open to discuss future meetings, invitations to conferences and contacts at the political level with our related organizations”, said Rada Laikova, candidate for MEP from “Vazrazhdane”, after the meeting.
Various issues were also discussed at it, with a main focus on the legislative aspects of foreign affairs, with an emphasis on digital policies and the idea of abandoning the use of banknotes as a means of payment.
“The meetings were important for the development of relations with the Republican party in the USA, because these are the first personal contacts of “Vazrazhdane”, on the ground, in Washington. We shared common concerns about globalist politics and united around the idea of preparing for future engagements that can benefit bilateral relations, future invitations and bilateral meetings, as well as international conferences”, added the MEP candidate from “Vazrazhdane” “.
The leader of the list, Stanislav Stoyanov, was supposed to travel with Rada Laikova, who, however, received a visa from the American Embassy in Bulgaria, a day after he was supposed to leave. At the meetings held by Rada Laikova in the USA, it became clear that politicians from all over the world who want to meet with Trump’s team are prevented in this way by the Biden administration.
