Another complaint against the prosecutor’s son: Stifled cellmate

The prosecutor’s son Vasil Mihailov served 14 days in a penal cell after abusing another prisoner. This is clear from a decision of the Administrative Court – Sofia-city.

The young man, who became famous two years ago after the whole of Pernik screamed from his raids, is in custody for harassing his girlfriend. He is also on trial for a number of beatings and threats to kill several people from the mining town.

Punishment

In front of the General Prosecutor’s Office, Mihailov complained about another punishment imposed on him by the head of the prison. It is about the beating of an accused in the dormitory of 11 group in pandiza. It is clear from the minutes of the meeting that the harassment of the victim lasted a whole week from the beginning of February. In front of the prison administration and an inspector from the SDVR, the injured prisoner explained that on February 6, Vasil went to him and harassed him.

“He pushed me onto one of the beds, started choking me, tore my left ear, poked my throat with his fingers. When I started to scream, he took a pillow and buried my face with it and continued to beat me with his fists. He had bled me from somewhere and when he saw me he started laughing and swearing at me. He said I was going to die. He picked me up, pushed me to the ground, took off his pants and told me to kiss his cock and was leaving, I refused, but he insisted and hit me again and then left,” according to court records.

Before that, the prisoner was summoned to the bedroom, where the prosecutor’s son asked him for money to stop beating him. It is clear from the minutes of the meeting that the victim received medical treatment for his injuries.

Complaint

After the beaten inmate complained, he was moved to another dormitory. His testimony is also supported by the report notes of the post supervisors, attached to the case. Mihailov was brought before a prison commission for distribution of prisoners. He was heard and the decision was made to lock him in a penal cell for a period of 14 days.

Based on this decision, the head of the pandiza issued an order. Mihailov, however, attacked the administrative act in court. The magistrates upheld the sentence. It turns out that Mihailov was punished at least 10 times both for physical abuse of prisoners and staff, as well as for importing prohibited items, drinking alcohol, etc. / Source: Telegraph
