American senators ended the long-delayed military aid to Ukraine, Israel and Taiwan, Western publications write

The Washington Post also commented that Democrats, for their part, are deeply divided over Israel’s approach to the Gaza war, but Democratic senators largely managed to unite in approving the aid package yesterday. Some Democrats have pointed to Iran’s recent strike against Israel as an event they say will make clear to voters the need for the package, the paper said.
