The district court in Burgas is looking at the measure of arrests for the burning of a dump truck and a forklift in the area of the 5th kilometer. The case is from March 25. The total value of the cars set on fire amounts to BGN 130,000. Both vehicles are owned by a commercial company.
The district prosecutor’s office in Burgas has submitted a request to the court for the adoption of a remand measure “detention in custody”. During the investigation, it was established that the cause of the committed crime was unsettled relationships related to the division of property.
He is yet to set a starting time for his meeting, which will be held today.
