The municipal council in Kula will meet today at 16:00 in the hall of the Municipality of Kula. The advisors’ agenda includes 7 points. The councilors will consider a proposal from Dr. Dimitar Tsankov, chairman of the Municipal Council – Kula, to provide the properties – Polish roads, included in the orders of the Director of OD “Agriculture” – Vidin for the economic year 2023-2024.
Today, a proposal from the mayor of the municipality Dr. Vladimir Vladimirov for holding the traditional Kula fair will be considered.
Another important point is the adoption of the Annual Plan for the Development of Social Services in the Municipality of Kula, as well as consideration of a report on the update of the Capital Expenditure Estimates of the Municipality of Kula for 2024.
A proposal to place a commemorative plaque on the building of the “Probuda” 1925 in the village of Staropatitsa will also be considered. The application was submitted by an initiative committee. The names of Geno Voivoda and Tseko Spasov – standard bearer during the 1850 uprising – will be written on the memorial plaque. The idea is that the plaque will be unveiled on June 1, on the eve of the anniversary of the uprising.
