This was stated by the deputy chairman of the parliamentary group of the “BSP for Bulgaria” Georgi Svilenski at a briefing in the National Assembly.

“Borisov within a few months managed to betray, first of all, his voters when he proposed Anton Hekimyan as mayor of Sofia. Then he handed over his negotiating group for the government – Sacheva, Petkova and Nazaryan. “Today, he betrays his future voters in Sofia by telling them clearly that he worked for Vanya Grigorova in the local elections and he needs her in the Bulgarian parliament to be his crutch,” Svilenski pointed out.

According to his words, today it became clear to everyone that Vanya Grigorova will not take care of the interests of the people of Sofia and that she did not want to be the mayor of Sofia, but was only used to be a candidate.

“Vanya Grigorova is not interested in the interests of the working people, the poor, she is only interested in the places on the lists. And when we invited people on the left to our meeting on May 1 for unification, some of our critics from the “Left” said that May 1 was too late because the lists would be registered. This confirms once again their desire only for places on the lists – no policies, no decisions for Bulgaria and for the working people”, said Georgi Svilenski categorically.

And he concluded: “Borisov’s recognition today is very important both for Bulgarian society and for left-wing voters – not to be misled, but to look at who is the real alternative.” Vanya Grigorova and Maya Manolova will be the next crutch of GERB in the parliament.”
