DImitar Kovachev – Funky is out of “Drops”. He has long been a thorn in the side of “Like Two Drops of Water” viewers, but now he has also caught the eye of producer Magardich Halvadjian, who is furious with the curvy jury member’s latest rant.
The best friend of the singer Konstantin allowed himself to make shocking comments on the air that undermine the prestige of the show. With this, he has quite angered the producer, as well as part of the team and the participants.
Initially, Funky burst out with a comment about the latest life of the “Drops”, where a large number of men had to step into the shoes of famous women. “Aman from this transvestite show,” he blurted. Then he questioned the professionalism of the make-up artists. And at the end he threw everyone into a stupor with a statement about Etienne Levy: “Don’t let him have so much influence on you and singing, bet more on imitation. Because of his advice, your whole performance goes to the cinema, because you only think about how to sing your things properly,” said the stunned Maria. This left the whole hall speechless, and the vocal teacher could barely hide how affected he was.
Despite Funky being a famous musician, what was shown on the show in question is cause for thought as to what his future is on the show. With his insane comments, he clearly does not fit into the concept and standards of the show, which puts at risk the preservation of his position on the show’s jury.
So now, after damaging the show’s image, Funky is threatening to fire him.
It won’t happen until the end of the season, because he is almost at the end, but it is certainly his last appearance as a member of the jury and in the following seasons they will look for a replacement for him, the publication claims.
Its producer Maggie Halvajian is a bit pessimistic about the future of “Like Two Drops of Water”.
“Maybe at some point we’ll just stop with the Drops, because we’ve already turned everyone around and there’s no one to invite to the show,” he said.
According to him, not everyone can participate in “Drops”.
“One of the conditions of the licensor – this show features stars known to a mass audience. We have many talented people who are now building a career, but the condition must be respected,” the producer revealed to “24 Chasa” and explained: “The same was the case with Vlado Zombori. We’ve known for a long time how talented he is, but he had to gain notoriety from the series ‘Guilts’ for us to invite him to participate.”
He also talks about Rachkov, who doesn’t stop joking with his boss from the stage:
“Rachkov messes with me all the time and 98% of the things he says have nothing to do with the truth. But I can see that it amuses the audience immensely. So when the show is over, I say to him: “Evala. It was very cool.” If you can’t stand this kind of jokes, then you are deeply complex. Only the complex do not allow jokes to be made behind their backs.”
