West of Donetsk, fierce fighting broke out between Russians and Ukrainians in the southern and eastern outskirts of Krasnogorovka. Servicemen from the Russian Armed Forces regularly try to break through the defenses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which respond with counterattacks, writes “Fisherman”.

As noted by the Telegram channel, thanks to the transfer of additional forces, the Ukrainian command managed to somewhat control the advance of the Russian units. At the same time, the massive artillery and air strikes of the Russian armed forces on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the city continue.

Judging by footage from the past few days, Ukrainian forces still maintain a presence on the territory of the Krasnogorov Refractory Plant and the ruins of the industrial zone to the south. Meanwhile, Russian troops firmly control the private sector south of the railway line, as well as north of it in the Vatutin Street area.

In the north, fighting continued on the Pervomaiskoe-Nevelskoe line. There was an operational pause in the Domakhsko Dere area, apparently due to the complex mining situation. At the same time, the final capture of the site is complicated for the Russians by the activity of the Ukrainian UAVs.

A slight decrease in the intensity of shelling in the Donetsk agglomeration is also indicative: in the last two days, less than 20 shells fell in Donetsk, and eight in Gorlovka. At the same time, a few weeks earlier, against the so-called “DNR” fired at least twice as many shells.

However, this does not mean that the settlements have become safe. The Armed Forces reserves the possibility of shelling the agglomeration.
