The military personnel, the press release said, are suspected of assault on the life of a law enforcement officer and illegal handling of a weapon, as well as desertion with a prearranged weapon, carried out under martial law.
According to the investigation, on the night of April 20 in the Vinnytsia region, police officers stopped a car in which there were two men for inspection. The suspects opened fire and killed the 20-year-old police officer. Another policeman was injured, writes “Ukrainskaya Pravda”.
