The mayor of the Ukrainian capital Kyiv Vitaliy Klitschko said that ambulances transported patients from two hospitals where evacuation was announced, to other medical facilities.
This was stated by Klitschko on “Facebook”, quoted by “Ukrinform”.
According to Klitschko two hospitals are being evacuated. One of them is the children’s hospital located on “Bogatirska” street.

“Doctors are acting in a coordinated manner, ambulances are transporting patients to other hospitals in the city. We are doing everything to protect children, their parents, elderly patients and staff from a possible attack on these medical facilities, which the aggressor announced,” emphasized Klitschko.
Klitschko later said that all patients were evacuated from the hospitals on “Bogatirska” street.
“All patients and medical staff of the hospitals on “Bogatirska” street have already been evacuated,” announced the mayor.
