Algaffari: One foreign minister cannot change Bulgaria’s policy – Politics

“The question is whether there will be drastic violations committed by senior officials, they will not afford it, and we will not see such great atrocities,” commented Alghafari. “What’s the best way not to talk about the minister of the interior?” Lozanov asked – to start talking about the minister of foreign affairs, he added.
