“Hello, I am writing with a report about an incorrect taxi driver. This is the second time I have gotten into him. He drives maliciously and at a different rate. Both times the bill was more than double the normal amount.
It is plastered with 9199 but is not part of them. The Consumer Protection Commission claims that there is nothing to do because the prices have been announced.

The woman’s route was from the Tunnel to “Raiski kat” in the “Zapaden” district and she paid BGN 20 for 20 minutes in deliberate traffic jams. The tariff was BGN 1.10 per km mileage and BGN 0.55 per minute of stay.
The woman did not take her receipt and her desire at the moment is not to get her money back, but to protect other citizens.
The lady reported the “Commission for Consumer Protection” and “Inter Taxi” (9199).
She says that the driver is documented.
“His rates are within the limits approved by the municipality and he has a permit, the prices are announced on his car. Everything is correct. He is simply unfair to the user and abuses the route and is marked with the number 9199, which misleads that he is driving on the standard for 9199 prices,” she specifies.
