A seminar on Ayurveda will be held in Vidin at the Center for creative and personal development “Freedom to be”.
The host of the workshop is Isabelle Mandache, who is an Ayurvedic and yoga therapist who worked in an Ayurvedic clinic in New Zealand, said Svetlana Dimitrova, workshop organizer:
“An Ayurvedic seminar will be held in Vidin. Unique for our city, as it will be led by an exceptional woman. She is a real find for Vidin, she has lived all over the world. Isabelle Mandache will show us how Ayurveda can help us with our health , how Ayurveda can enter our life, to improve our emotional world, our health condition. People who come to the seminar will be able to understand with which “dosha” /energy type – b.r./ they were born, yes find out which foods are suitable for them, how they can balance their inner state…”
The Ayurveda seminar will be held at the Center for Creative and Personal Development “Freedom to Be”, at 8 “Tsar Samuil” Street, on April 28, Sunday, at 2 p.m.

*Isabel Mandache is an Ayurveda and yoga therapist, Reiki master, family therapist, musician. He is currently playing in the Vidin Symphony.He has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Ayurveda. He has a graduate diploma in “Ayurvedic Lifestyle management” and “Yoga Therapy” at “Wellpark College of Natural Therapies” in New Zealand. She was the owner and manager of an Ayurvedic clinic.
