They patched the potholes on “Alexander Stamboliyski” Blvd., they are returning …

--

Emergency repairs were made today on “Alexander Stamboliyski” Blvd. near the intersection with “Stefan Stambolov” St., after the drivers of buses No. 1 refused to travel on this route yesterday shortly after noon. The flights again left directly on “Nikola Vaptsarov” Blvd., as “Maritsa” wrote. The Municipality of Plovdiv was warned by them to take measures for the unfortunate road in Kyuchuk Paris, because of which the buses were destroyed, but they forgot to notify the passengers. And there was no notice on the electronic signs.

The mayor of “Southern” district Atanas Kunchev set out to fix the problem by having builders rebuild the broken section. The holes have been filled, and at noon they rammed the temporary pavement with a roller. “The problem has been solved for the time being, but work on the project for a bypass collector is yet to be done at the intersection. At this stage, buses can move again on Alexander Stamboliyski Blvd. between Dimitar Talev and Stefan Stambolov Streets,” he told “Maritsa” Kunchev.

Deputy Mayor for Transport Savina Petkova has confirmed that buses can return to this part of the route.

The Southern Bypass Collector project is being implemented by three Sofia companies, united in a consortium. The Municipality of Plovdiv is not the contractor of the public order, as the contract with three Sofia companies, united in a consortium, was signed by the state company V and K EOOD – Plovdiv.

The whole area has been buzzing with the slow work of the people of Sofia.
