It is clear from the photo that it is an alley under the Druzki ship. A tree has been cut down, but its roots have lifted the slabs. It is not clear when it happened. One of the comments points out that this is not new.
The publications below the photo are unambiguous about the attitude of the people of Varna to the Sea Garden (we publish them without editorial intervention):

Others have been abandoned for years. Still others are maintained over several summers. It is a fact that during the time of the former mayor, the alleys were paved.
The fact is that the current mayor is directing his attention to those parts of the park that have been touched for more than 20 years. The fact is, however, that a comprehensive tactic and strategy is needed for the development of the Sea Garden, where municipal, state and private ownership are mixed.
