The government replaced the regional governor of Sofia and five more regions of the country.
He has been appointed as the new regional governor of the Sofia-city region Stefan Arsov. He sits down on the chair Vera Todeva.
Arsov has a master’s degree in “Law” from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. Long-term lawyer with experience both in the private sector and in the municipal administration of Sofia Municipality.
The government replaced six regional governors
Until now, Stefan Arsov was “deputy governor” of the Sofia-city region, and in 2021, when he was still a law student, he was candidate for People’s Representative from 25 MIR from GERB.
With the same decision, the caretaker government replaced and the regional governor of Sofia region Julian Lekov.
She was appointed in his place Silvia Arnautska.
She graduated with a master’s degree in “Preschool and Primary School Pedagogy” and “Educational Management – Education Management” at the Southwest University “Neofit Rilski”. Arnautska has been a teacher for many years, and for the past seven years she has been an expert on “education and health care” in the municipality of Ihtiman.
