Judd Trump cruised through the first round of the World Snooker Championship at the Crucible with no trouble after defeating Hossein Wafaei 10-5 frames.
Already after the first session, Trump had a good lead, after leading 6:3.
Vafaei won the first frame in the second session, but the Englishman took the next three games to move within a frame of success.
The Iranian recorded the 5th frame in his asset, but in the very next game, Trump won.
In the next round, the “ace in the column” will meet the winner of the fight between Tom Ford and Ricky Walden.
