Marek and Septemvri finished 1:1 in the derby at the top of the 30th round of the Second League, played at the Bonchuk Stadium. Dupnicani took the lead in the first half through Ljubomir Kostov, but a stoppage-time goal from Jean-Pierre da Silva gave the capital team a point in the first leg under Nikolay Mitov on his return to the club.
