In connection with the implementation of one of the important projects for the replacement of inefficient heating devices with efficient ones, financed under the Operational Program “Environment 2014-2020”, “Measures to improve the quality of atmospheric air in the Municipality of Smolyan”, after the public procurement economies are formed. Due to the great interest in participating in the project, the Municipality of Smolyan made a request for additional funding from the OPE Managing Authority. This was announced by the press center of Smolyan municipality.

In connection with the above and the achievement of maximum efficiency from the implementation of the project, the Municipality of Smolyan announces a new acceptance of applications for participation in the project “Measures to improve the quality of atmospheric air in the Municipality of Smolyan”, financed under the Operational Program “Environment” 2014-2020 , under the procedure “Measures to improve the quality of atmospheric air”, priority axis 5 “Improving the quality of atmospheric air”.

The application for participation, together with all the required documents, are filled out and submitted personally by the home owner. All households in the territory of Smolyan municipality can submit an application for participation. The documents can be submitted to the office of the Smolyan Municipality or electronically scanned documents in PDF format to e-mail: [email protected]

Eligible applicants are households that currently heat with wood and/or coal appliances. The required application documents are: a sample application and a Specialized questionnaire and a document for ownership of the home. (Notarial deed, contract of sale).

Important – If the right of ownership is based on a realized right of construction, one should present not only a document certifying the existence of an assigned right of construction, but also a document certifying that it has been properly exercised: a document for commissioning on the basis of Art. .177, para. 2 or 3 of ZUT, certificate under Art. 202, para. 1 of the Civil Code, a certificate under § 16, para. 1 or § 127, para. 1 of the Civil Code or another equivalent document certifying ownership based on the realized construction right.

The applications received from the current admission will be considered apart from those accepted so far and will be on a separate ranking. Priority will be given to applications submitted by 07.05.2021.
